Starter ($29/month) gives you a weekly list of up to 100 slow stores in one niche with core columns. Agency ($49/month) gives you the full weekly list with all fields. Both plans include a 7-day free trial and renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel anytime from the members page (Manage billing); you keep access until the end of the paid period. 14-day full refund: if you're not happy, email ags.treefarm@gmail.com within 14 days of any charge and we'll refund that charge in full, no questions asked.
Scores are Google PageSpeed Insights (Lighthouse) lab measurements taken on the date shown, and real-user data comes from the Chrome UX Report where available. Niche labels are automated guesses. The data is provided as-is, with no guarantee of results.
You may use the lists for your own business prospecting. You must comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR/UK GDPR, CASL and all other applicable laws. That means truthful sender information and subject lines, a valid physical postal address, a working unsubscribe link, honouring opt-outs promptly, and a lawful basis for contacting anyone in the EU/UK. You may not resell or publish the lists, add them to bulk databases, or use them for spam, harassment or unlawful purposes. If you breach these terms we may end your access.
Stores can opt out at /bot. Removed stores leave future lists. If a store asks you directly to stop contacting it, you must stop.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 3 months.
We may update these terms and will notify subscribers of material changes. US law (Louisiana) governs.
